"Politics are trivial and meaningless when a human being is in pain, suffering, or in danger."

More people die weekly from denial of medical care for preventable problems than happened on 9-11.

And that is all about politics. People don't give a shit if they can maintain the fiction that it doesn't affect them directly or infect their beautiful minds with disturbing sights. As long as it is happening to "others" they are fine with it.

Tribalism abounds in America.
