I've said for years that the largest enterprise we have in our world that represents free and fair markets is the local yard sale or roadside vegetable stand. Even then, you better get his phone number, LOL.

A system that extracts billions of dollars of natural resource from an area of the planet and yet leaves the residents of that zone in abject poverty and with a hopeless, worsened future is bound to eventually fail.

We humans are very good at traveling down one-way paths, with little or no ability to turn back, look back, or reverse course. Just ask any rich man to tighten his belt a bit or suggest he move into a smaller home for the planet's sake.
