They have been mentored by some of the best.....

Judy Woodruff
Gwen Ifel (Miss ya)
Marsha Coil (covers the judiciary for PBS)

Some of the really bright women reporting on the current state of affairs:

Rachael Maddow leads the pack.

Amy Walter is a brilliant political analyst who brings an unbiased perspective.

Katy Tur was not afraid to cover the Trump campaign honestly...sometimes at her own peril. She is still takes no crap during interviews.

Natasha Bertrand has been an effective investigator in the whole Trump-Russia affair. She is very good at finding the "so what" as events unfold.

If you are troubled by their hair length and fashion choices, turn your chair around and listen to them without watching. I think you will find high quality journalists. Just because they don't look like Walter Cronkite of Chet Huntley does not mean that they are not excellent journalists.
