(4,549 posts)Even before the campaign began, I saw Hillary as a shoe in. I had no problem with her abilities and experience, and still feel that she would have been infinitely better at the job than the buffoon currently occupying the Oval Office. As the campaign progressed, and after witnessing the battering of Sanders by our own party, I lost faith not in Hillary so much as the party. It was a sign of weakness that I didnt expect.
Quit your blubbering, she won the popular vote. I voted for her but have become more of a critic of rather than a fan for the Democratic Party. My allegiance will always be for the common man, but its time to get over Hillary. Its done. She was as much defeated by the party as the electoral college, not the popular vote.
