Poor Cuba with the Guantanamo taken over by the yanks for their own nefarious purposes.

Elba, sometimes home of the french emperor (one of dump's idols - Emperor 4 Life [no clothes, tho])

Alcatraz - shoulda been prime real-estate for developers (dump's type of people).

Molokai - leper colony from a dark time in Hawaiian history.

I'm sure there are many more. Perhaps some island has a putt-putt golf course for senile seniors.
