Keeping the Muslim Brotherhood in a state of internal discord would seem to be some strategist's way of keeping the dominoes from falling and preventing a consolidation of the MB's ascending influence in the region.

Who in the Egyptian government would want to keep the ghost of Qadafi alive by broadcasting his speeches? The military? Doubtful, since they didn't even step in to save Mubarek.

I conclude, therefore, that any such broadcasts are a false flag operation of the CIA.
