37. Happy Birthday!

I turned 70 earlier this month. Increased the weights on my bar in BodyPump class to celebrate.

If one is lucky enough to be mostly healthy, 70 isn't bad. Certainly beats the dirt nap. Celebrate with joy and a grateful heart.
