7. I had a friend mention today that he hopes something will happen this time.

I told him that this is different than Occupy.

The kids will be getting out of school real soon. Summer not winter is coming and it is a midterm election.

They have a great opportunity to pull it off this year. The PTSD from the active shooter drills in the schools will harden the kids in high school to get things done to where their younger brothers and sisters can have a real childhood.

The kids are very savvy and smart.

They know that some of them might not make it to the finish line like my generation knew during the civil rights era. But it has to be done anyway.
