Some suggest she is a "handler" and actually an agent of Russia. Others suggest she was a high-paid call-girl who married for a lavish lifestyle and fat bank account. Not many have suggested she married for love from what I have seen. That seems only a remote possibility.

If the first is true she will stay until she is "recalled."

If the second is true she has one thing going for her: she sleeps separately and no longer has a wifely duty other than public appearances as his wife and now First Lady. I am sure she is compensated to keep this up during the presidency and while Barron is still a dependent child. Her legal agreements must be kept current and pretty tight. tRump was up to his eyeballs in crime by the time Melania came on the scene and so I don't think the current revelations change much.

Besides, tRump has plenty of dirt on Melania if the second scenario is the case. He could let it all loose which would end her acquired social standing due to her arrangement and everyone, including Barron would learn all that is locked away with her legal agreements of those missing "modeling" years. My guess is she is trapped by her own ambitions.

If the last possibility was true, why the hell would she stay? Your question is valid. I think it is unlikely she is a traditional wife in any sense.
