53. Even in the best case scenario, Trump will never spend a single day in prison.

Pence will pardon him with his first official act, and even if we win back the house, and Pence has to resign / or is impeached himself, and Nancy Pelosi becomes President; the first thing she'd do is pardon the President.

None of them will want 99% of what they do concerned with the former President; and frankly, the office of the President needs to be focused on America, and moving the country forward, not focused on crimes committed by just another citizen. Precedent on this matter has already been set, and it's one of the easiest decisions the next President will make.
