(53,475 posts)4. I just had a whopping $700 repair bill on my Ford....
... but what do you expect after 12 years and 190,000 miles? It's the first repair I've had that cost over $200, and no, I have not been "nickle-and-dimed" to death.
I'm looking at the Fusion Hybrids and may replace my current vehicle with one in a year or two.
BTW, the repair was for a new A/C compressor and line, plus the re-charge. The vehicle has NEVER been "Found On Road Dead".
