Most likely any pre-nup was set up so that he doesn't get penalized for marital infidelities.
However she would be penalized, I'm sure.

The pre-nup probably guarantees Melania a certain flat amount of cash, or maybe so much per year of marriage. She won't get any percentages of his wealth I can guarantee that. She will be constrained to not talk about him in public, or write about him for 25 years or until after he's dead. Nice stuff like that.
