5. Of course, he'll do a book tour

His publishing contract probably requires that he actively participate in the promotion of his book.

Why wouldn't he? He stands to profit from the increased sales that a promotional tour could provide. Additionally, Mr. Comey is probably desperate to tell his story. Trump and his minions have done everything they could to diminish this man's accomplishments. He was a serious public servant for many years and I'll give him his due in that respect.

I'm really not interested in a debate about whether Mr. Comey tilted the election to Trump by reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton's email. There were so many side issues related to this that the argument just becomes confusing and, quite frankly, moot. (Remember that Bill Clinton felt the need to board Attorney General Loretta Lynch's plane which forced her to recuse herself. That left it to Mr. Comey to have to address the issues related to the emails. How did that work out for Mr. Clinton's wife? Not such a smart move, eh, Bill?)

Here's the point: Mr. Comey is a private citizen. As long as he doesn't violate any national security issues, he's free to tell his story. If it causes additional stress and trouble for Trump and his gang, GOOD!

It is his choice.............. Angry Dragon Apr 2018 #1
