17. Ozone ....

If you know anyone who has an ozone generator put it inside the car for a couple of hours, that will be a good start. Then open up all the windows and leave them open for a few days. In the meantime change the interior air filter, if you car has one - something that nearly no one ever does. There are also a few sprays that work to some extent, one that I've tried and seemed to work was called 'Ozonium', and I've read about some cleaner that you squirt into your air ducts that is supposed to work well but you'd have to go searching on that one.
