He wants to "play" govt official by blaring his siren on the way to work, firing those who try to reign him in, or are drunk from drinking parties, and arranging for lobbyist trips, ordering first class plane tickets and installing a sound proof come of silence. THAT is what Pruitt does to fill his 2 hours.
