He said similar disparity exists between neighboring countries, like Mexico and the United States.

Trust me, I'm Jewish and I'm offended by Mitt, not by the OP. To me, "the power of culture" = "Jews are good with money." And that "hand of providence" line should offend EVERYONE. The man's a buffoon.
