Funny talking with anti-union Republicans who like pilot union rules. [View all]

Long story to set this up, so I'll just get to the crux of it:

I was talking this past weekend with some Republicans (who are loved ones) who hate unions but who went on to talk about how terrific it is that pilots can cancel flights if they feel the plane is not safe to fly.

When I pointed out that this was a union rule, it was deer-in-the-headlights, crickets time.

Hey, at least I can't be accused of being pushy - I'm working on the Republicans in my life as the opportunities present themselves.
