19. I don't see Mueller overplaying his hand in this matter

Apr 2018

He referred it to the Federal prosecutors in NY and the warrants-from what I've read--required substantial 'cause' for the raid to proceed.

Strange that this is the second 'dump on Mueller' response I've seen on DU today.

I also don't see Michael Cohen as a suicide risk. More of a flight risk. These people are all dirty. They threw an election, they've been involved with money laundering (blood money) and the Russian Mob.

I'm sure Mueller has made mistakes in the past. That being said, it's been reported that the Trumpster wanted dirt on Mueller and Comey. Then was outraged when none turned up.

From where I'm sitting, Mueller is on the money with this investigation, unraveling the skien, slowly but surely, then reversing the direction as each individual is examined, questioned and determinations made. Frankly, that's the only thing I care about at the moment: reeling these crooks in with the Rule of Law. Then throwing the Book at all of them when the time is right.

This will not end well for the Trumpsters. I'll save my sympathy for the people who have been ripped off and damaged by Don the Con and his odious acolytes and inner circle, the people who thought it was okay to sell the country out if the price was right.

Dumping on Mueller and his investigators is not going to work at this late stage.
