I should have elaborated. Mea culpa. It is my understanding that Trump's lawyer wasn't prepared to argue her case and asked for a short continuance. She is saying Trump is invoking executive privilege. And Avenatti apparently wants to argue his client Stormy Daniels should be a party to the proceedings since she is a defendant in a civil suit brought by Cohen.
