This was a Sovereign Citizen nut.

Of course they're going to play up his mental issues because he's white, but you';d be hearing nothing about his mental issues if he was a Muslim or was black.

This was a terrorist attack. Trump inspired terrorism is a much bigger threat to the US than any other form of terrorism.
