(343 posts)As a former CNN employee, I was really disappointed in their reporting. The once proud days of CNN were long gone by the time
Trump came on the scene. CNN has followed Fox into the gutter, with "he said, she said" reporting. Their idea of balance now is to
have one guy on that says the sky is blue and another that says it is green. Both sides, job done! The worst was CNN becoming
entertainment, and actually paying people to be Trump defenders. Corey Lewandowski was the poster boy. Just seeing him on CNN
made me want to take a shower. He was still being paid by Trump or was under some contract that would not allow him to criticize
his former boss. What did he add? Nothing. CNN saw the Trump train wreck and pulled the cameras out on empty podiums until the
great man arrived. I understand what happened though. The management saw dollar signs, and the editorial side thought there was
no harm. Really, who could be stupid enough to vote for Trump? I'm sure everyone at CNN was totally shocked when he won.
How far down the toilet CNN has gone from those idealistic early days.
