White guy with gun.
Black guy with gun shoots white guy with gun.
Cops arrive and see a black guy with a gun and a dead white guy.
Cops make a split-second decision to shoot the black guy because they feared for their lives when he didn't drop his gun within the first 0.3 seconds of being yelled at.
