Put him in a replica of the Trump Tower with the wallpaper replaced with headlines about him, let him send tweets that end up in the garbage and aren't seen by the rest of the world, create a pseudo Fox News channel that only has positive articles about him and Donnie Two Scoops will be content for the rest of his life.
