57. What does that say about the rest of us?

I think I have an answer, but it's not pretty.

My house is 2000 dollars ahead for the first time in 6 years. Both of our cars are past 200 thousand miles.

My youngest gets to do horse-camp. Horse camp will be the only thing we will spend our "mad-money" on this year. It will cost 135 dollars. Her "other" dad will drive her there. It's the best that he can do. His house is under water.

Point being, we all do what we can. But, as long as the Republican Mafia are in charge we are just going to make the best of things. It's not that people don't want to be active. Some of us are just too busy holding on to the side of the bowl. Tiny joke, I bake for a living. I am awake when most are not.

My spouse works at least 70 hours a week. Our, "Golden Hour", is 430 am til 530 am. I make her coffee and send her on her way and say, "have fun storming the castle!"

Now, I have to make muffins.
