The first note is Bill Browder, the person most responsible for the sanctions being put on Putin and the Russian oligarchs. The last note was about "Russian adoption".

A couple of mentions of "Cyprus" which might be seen as a little unusual since they are mostly connected with money-laundering?

A mention of loans, off-shore companies, and active sponsors of the RNC?

Very interesting.
