30. He's not stupid. He doesn't care about the House anymore.

He accomplished his mission: Tax cut for millionaires & billionaires and big corporations. He had hoped for doing away with Social Security, too, but hey, you can't win everything.

He's biding his time, taking all the offers for juicy corporate jobs worth millions, as a "thank you" for the tax cut bill. He's going off in the sunset to live his life in mind blowing wealthy comfort, and leaving the mess behind for others to worry about.
