to reframe Trump's comments a few days ago where he clearly refers to *immigrants* as "animals." The Communications shop has since tried to spin it as him referring to MS-13 only, but that isn't what he's saying if you read the entire transcript. By flooding the conversation with MS-13/animal references they are trying to drown out the record of what he really said.
