(3,335 posts)it look like organizing, raising money, campaigning, and holding it all together look easy; but the truth is it's a helluva lot of hard work. Lots of people want to be president, but fewer people understand what it takes to organize and smooth over bruised egos, in order to put in the behind-the-scenes effort it takes to organize, maintain, and get behind a party and a platform, if you want to win. While our party is bitchin and moanin over who shot John when, Trump is creeping up in the polls and more people each day are satisfied with the job he is doing running the government. (Note I didn't say these were smart people.) Trump and Guiliani are controlling the narrative (because Mueller is a professional and can't) and Trump's fake media is succeeding in trying to normalize his behavior. Come on Dems, let's get our act together.
