...Lyin' Ryan billed himself as some uber-intelligent policy wonk when the truth is that he is neither. Lyin' Ryan however, is very good at picking out the keywords and phrases and parroting them back to the most susceptible: other logic-challenged Rethuglicans in Congress. Ryan's two key assets: blather and bullshit.
