Have been following the South Korean Economy for years. Here is a likely out come,South Korea is much like Japan,both have aging populations and have shortages of Industrial Labor.

Hundy Heavy Industry has been talking about a way to work with the North,labor wise for some time.

And this same Company proposed new Freight Railroads between the two Countries.
