Yes, we have our problems here in America. Yes, DU ers are very concerned about many of these grimmer issues. Yes, we sometimes spend some time cranking about sexism, ageism, body-shaming, and the size of airline seats.

But to put it kindly, you sound as though you are trying to understand the US from the outside, and by reading nothing but tabloids. Your grammar, and the way you are throwing absolutely everything at once into one post are a bit ...telling.
