1. He's a bring-me-something-I-can-sign, lazy-ass "negotiator."

With no grasp of any details, he cannot possibly ever have "negotiated" any deals. He gets in his head a vague idea of what he wants, then browbeats his lawyers to make any deal they hammer out sound a little like what he wanted. That's it.
