people with unreported income in offshore accounts to start reporting that income without penalties. It is entirely possible that RMoney used that amnesty. His returns would then show massive underpayments for 2000-2008, then a huge jump in payments as his offshore accounts started to factor in.

The guy is a sleazeball. Always been, always will be. He is a Neidermeyer.
