11. The hurricanes are from the new Weather Control division

of Deep State. Didn't you read the last newsletter? They were spun off from the FEMA Trailer division.

However, because the weather control machines went slightly over budget, dues will be increased next year from $20 to $25. The completely t-shirt offer will be extended for next year, however.
