....Romney is just tricking everyone into believing he's incompetent and inept in the way he handled the situation?
He's creating the impression that he has something to hide, stating that releasing his returns would be "damaging," and then at the last minute, after most Americans are convinced he's either a liar and/or a tax cheat, he's going to say "gotcha"?
