8. The Mueller strategy of indicting a bunch of Russians as co-conspirators

after he got the "trump is a king" memo from trump's lawyers is fascinating. Trump would have to pardon a whole bunch of Russians and Oligarchs to shut this down, even if he pardons every other person in his inner circle.

The question is: Would Republicans and the American public approve of Trump pardoning actual Russians who conspired to attack the US?
