11. This might seem unethical and harsh, but...

If you want to get these people on your side, you need to lie to their faces. As a party, we’re way too honest, and these people don’t want the truth. They want a fairy tale that they can vote for.

Tell them that you’re going to bring coal and manufacturing back, and that you are the answer to all of their problems. You can do this without being the demagogue that Trump is.

These people will always be blind and maleable. They’re guillible fools that will throw their vote away at the biggest liar. It’s how you win elections in the US now.
