(71,549 posts)53. My principles say let's save lives by making sure that the GOP doesn't win elections...I am more
practical. I prefer to actually accomplish progressive policy goals which is only possible if we win.

No they don't...Medicare covers only 80% of expenses...and there are deductibles...
