Turn off the cable news, leave the computer and get outside. There will be an overwhelming wave of stories, opinions and breathless blather about poll numbers, who said what, when it was said and much more.

In the end most of it is just talk to fill airtime between the pharmaceutical industry commercials for drugs we didn’t know we needed.

There is family, friends, local events, hobbies and much more that are more important than the latest Tweet about whatever.
