on some of these fast-food so-called 'healthy' items. It will blow your mind how many grams of fat they have. (I can't think of anything specifically, as I don't eat fast food very often, but seem to remember that salads got you with the fat in their dressings.) Fat grams plus high caloric content = VERY POOR NUTRITION.
