that may or may not be the case. The OP is not very specific about the lack of accommodation from the salesperson - beyond "talking down" (without specific examples of what that means) and "rolling eyes", which yes, is immature and rude . . . but that was only the last straw. The real issue seems to have been the talking down to the OP; the rolling eyes was the trigger that launched the diatribe and report.

We don't know anything beyond that.

You draw from that a situation in which the OP was treated like an idiot and bullied by a horrible, unprofessional salesperson.

I didn't. Actually, I believe that suggesting bullying was going on is really over the top - the OP didn't even go there.

I think those kind of situations are rarely completely one-sided, even if all we ever know about is one side of the issue.
