2. He was pathetic

Said family separation at the border is "horrible", said Trump thinks so too. Interviewer told him that Trump could stop it with a single phone call, Graham said (paraphrasing) "yeah but it deters people from crossing the border with their kids."

So it's a "horrible" policy, but they're going to keep doing it anyway.

Then he ends with "I don't care what people think, I'm going to keep doing what I think is best for the country."

Which means supporting "horrible" policies, apparently.
