16. Create chaos...blame Democrats...do nothing

Repeat. This is the Trump/GOP playbook on everything. Do something that creates chaos, go to the press complaining that the Dems arent working w/ them to fix the problem they created and then once the news cycle moves on nothing is done and we're left w/ a bunch of problems. This will be the Trump legacy. Same thing w/ DACA. Why do you need Dems again? You and your party control everything! Sign an Executive order if you're so concerned.s
