My father was verbally abusive when I was a kid. He mainly stuck to aiming it at my mother, but his other target was salespeople. He'd tell them they were stupid and had no brains when they didn't give him the answer he wanted when he wanted it. Please don't be like him. A far more civil and constructive way to deal with a situation where you or the other person is getting frustrated is to ask politely to speak to a manager. Just do that and give the abusing the salesperson and wanting to run them over bit a big miss. That's the mature thing to do...
