But it is those same qualities that make it addicting for so many people.
I had the same experience as you. Hadn't eaten it for a long time and then ate a meal that made me feel awful. Haven't indulged since. I will admit to getting a veggie sub at Subway once in a blue moon if I'm caught unprepared, but I hardly think that compares to the greasy messes found at most places.
