32. Did anyone ever claim she was???

Perhaps a question might be asked why was this child allowed to stay with her mother when others were torn from their parent(s). Were Trump's policy orders arbitrarily enforced? What determined the separations? Were more boys separated because the WH thought cages boys provided better scary photo-ops?
