12. Any nations that ends a Democracy is a Transgression AGAINST Humanity and Civic and Civil Equality.

People should be more self responsible NOT to put themselves into systems of SERFDOM and PEASANTRY by abolish a Democracy. Because that is exactly what they will do, if they opt for Authoritarianism.

i.e. it will be like what we see of and in Russia... a pretense of Democracy, but a Framework of Authoritarianism governed by the usages of Oligarchs functioning as if to be a structure of Monarchical make up. Its liken unto the framework of the former Soviet System of Communism, only with a pretense of Democracy, but with no real or actual power or voice held by the people. The people are made to serve the Authoritarian and be managed by the Oligarch's who control Industry and Sectors of society under the guidance and dictations of the Authoritarian.
