And cadet bone spurs follows that playbook to the letter. he has such a venal desire to build drumpf hotels in Moscow and other Russian cities, that he sold his already-tattered soul to the Russian-Orthodox, post-Soviet equivalent of the devil. The rest of us are just along for the ride.

Although he'll be bringing his knee-pads to Finland -- and despite all his effort -- he will get from Putin a "Meets Expectations" on some standards, "Needs Improvement" on others. Watch for signs of it after dear leader returns from his 500-day review.

If he expressed any empathy whatsoever here, he'd get a "Clearly Unsatisfactory" rating, and a strongly-worded Performance Improvement Plan. he knows this. As dense as he is, he is aware that -- between Mueller and Putin -- he's crossed over into a devil vs. deep-blue-sea situation.
