Take for example the Republicans being against abortion or birth control. They didn’t really want it, but it won them elections.

Let’s say dumb trump gets his way and abortion is illegal, it would take a long time of WTF before we ever realize normal again.

It happened in El Salvador, who we backed the right wing government. It takes a long time to recover if it even happens.

The best thing to do is fight them to the best of one’s ability.
