After you are logged into your Ebay account, open another tab in customer service and go to the report item page. After viewing the item you wish to report it should show up in your view after you click the "report item" button. Select the item you want to report then then hit "continue" then "report a problem" then from the dropdown menus "prohibited and restricted items," "offensive and violent material" and then either "Nazi and Nazi related" or KKK and other hate groups as appropriate and then "Send Report."
